Sight:
Look around with the eyes of a tourist.

Smell:
Smell an aromatherapy oil.

Sound:
Choose a favourite song, sit down, close your eyes, and listen without distraction.

Taste:
Identify one of your favourite foods from childhood and make a plan to eat it again.

Touch:
Walk barefoot on a stone or tile floor.
